G60-3电缆防火涂料

该产品采用过氯乙烯树脂和氯化橡胶，添加阻燃剂、增塑剂等助剂，经研磨、混合而成。它受火膨胀形成致密的炭层，涂膜的物理、化学性能优异，阻燃性等效采用国际标准测试，达到A类要求，其各类环境气候条件下应用性能稳定。适用于橡胶、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等各种电缆的防火保护。 

The product is polished and compounded through perchloro-ethylene resin and chlorinatedrubber and adding auxiliaries as fire retardant and plasticizer etc,which can expand to form charcoallayer through fire, physical and chemical properties of the coating is exceedingly good, with equivalentfire resistance of international standardized test up to A grade, and stable application under variousenvironmental weather conditions, which is suitable for fireproofing protection of various cables ofrubber, polyethylene and polrvinyl chloride etc.

施工方法：

1.先将被涂料电缆表面处理干燥、清洁，然后将搅拌均匀的涂料均匀涂刷在电缆上。

2.每次涂刷厚度为0.2-0.25mm为宜，直至达到规定设计厚度(一般1.0mm左右)。

3.开桶后未用完的涂料，应注意密封。

1.Surface of the painted cable should be making dry, clean in advance, painting the cable withcoating evenly.

2.The painting thickness each time should be better 0.2-0.25mm till the regulated design thickness(often about 1.0mm).

3.Left painting should be carefully sealed.
